2026 aftercare enrollment terms
Effective for applications submitted for the 2026 academic programme.
1. Application and academy approval
Submitting the form creates a pending application, not a guaranteed place. Gr8kids Academy reviews the requested schedule, operating calendar, care requirements, and estimate before activating an enrollment. The academy may decline an application when it cannot safely or operationally provide the requested care.
2. Fees and confirmation
The form records a frozen estimate using the published rate-card version and the once-per-family 2026 enrollment fee where applicable. The estimate is not an invoice and is not binding until staff confirmation. Any staff adjustment is recorded with the confirmed amount, date, staff account, and reason. Invoicing and payment instructions are issued separately.
3. Annual and term plans
The annual contract is based on eleven monthly instalments. A term plan covers only the selected term and uses its configured operational weeks. TEA + sport carries the normal TEA rate with no sport surcharge. Enrollment pricing does not include ad-hoc care, parent-conference care, holiday camps, or other separately booked products.
4. Attendance, absence, and requested start
The accepted schedule applies to the weekdays and programmes confirmed by the academy. A requested start must be an operating date that matches the weekly schedule. Absence does not automatically change the reserved place or amount. Requests to change a schedule or start date require written academy confirmation.
5. Cancellation and late collection
Cancellation and schedule-change requests must be made in writing. The academy will confirm the applicable notice, fees, and final service date before activation. Children must be collected by an authorised guardian or pickup contact and within the programme’s operating time. Any current late-collection policy and fee must be communicated and accepted before activation.
6. Health, emergencies, and liability
Guardians must provide accurate medical, allergy, disability, medication, and care information and keep it current. In an emergency, the academy may provide reasonable first aid, contact emergency services, and contact the supplied guardians. Acceptance does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Private medical details are restricted to the owning family and authorised administrators.
7. Authorised pickup
The child may be released only to supplied guardians and structured authorised pickup contacts, subject to reasonable identity checks. The family must promptly update these contacts when authority changes.
8. Images
The form requires a yes-or-no answer. Permission is optional and declining it does not prevent enrollment. A granted permission applies only under the versioned image-use policy and may be withdrawn prospectively in writing.
9. Electronic acceptance and records
The typed legal name is an electronic signature. The academy records the policy version, language, timestamp, user agent, and an HMAC-hashed network address as evidence. A copy of the agreement record and enrollment status is available in the parent portal.
10. Privacy and contact
Enrollment information is used to assess and provide care, administer the family account, and meet legal or safety duties. Medical details are excluded from notification emails. Questions or correction requests may be sent to contact@gr8kidsacademy.com.
